What is happening?
Our members on Android devices have reported that they are often prompted to reenable their permission settings between Samsung Health and Evidation. From our investigation this is tied to an Android setting that controls how apps are optimized based on their usage. When this setting is enabled it would be expected that the less an app is used the more likely you will need to turn permissions back on when you begin to use it once again.
How can I fix this?
Please see additional information on how this setting works on the Google help page here. To exclude Evidation from using this feature, go to App Info and then Unused apps and then Pause app activity if unused toggle, then turn this off.
