Overall, there is no lifetime cap on how many points you can earn or redeem for a reward. The only limit currently in place is 100 points per day across all synced activity from any connected apps and wearables. There is no daily limit on how many points you can earn by completing cards on your homescreen.
You can earn up to 100 points per day through activities synced across all connected apps. To see how many points each specific activity on each app is worth navigate to the Connected Apps tab, tap or search for the specific app, and tap the Tracked Activity tab to the right of the History view. Once you reach 100 points in a day for synced activity you will continue to see your activity but no longer earn points that day.
In the event you are under your daily 100 point cap and then sync an activity worth more than the remaining points you will be awarded the difference up to the 100 points for that day. For example, if you have earned 90 points so far today and then sync a 5mi bike ride (worth 15 points) you will be awarded a maximum of 10 points bringing you to 100 across all synced activities. When the cap is not reached you can always expect to earn the maximum amount of points as shown on the Tracked Activities screen.
The time it takes to reach 10,000 points and earn a reward varies based on how often you complete cards and what activities you track. On average, members who complete cards in the app reach 10,000 points and are able to redeem much sooner than those who connect a health app, but are less active in the Evidation app.
If your account isn’t “active”, any and all points in your account will expire. “Active” means you’ve completed at least one card (for example, reading a post or completing a survey) in the last 12 months. For more information, head over to Can my Evidation points expire?
