Issue:
Since version 6.0.0 of the mobile app we have received and investigated reports of members experiencing issues logging in and staying logged into their account. These include two separate problems.
1. Recurring logouts. Without manually logging out of your account you are being asked to sign back into the app on a regular basis. Normally, you will only need to log back in if you have manually logged out.
2. An error occurs when choosing a third party login option (Facebook, Google, Apple ID) during the authentication process. Login using email and password should not be affected.
How this affects Evidation users: If you need to access anything before the issue is resolved you can login to the web version of Evidation. For those unable to use a third party login option, we would recommend using the email and password option. If unsure of your password you can reset it from the login screen.
