Earn up to 80 points per day for each tracked variable activity (biking, walking, running, swimming, and other forms of exercise) you do. Check out our list of compatible apps here.
Earn 6 points for each fixed activity, such as logging food, sleep tracking, weighing yourself, meditating, sharing your health journey on Twitter, and more! We award 6 points for up to 5 unique activities, for a total of 30 points maximum.
Earn varying amounts of bonus points by participating in Offers, surveys, health programs, and research studies.
Earn points for the highest value activity of a given kind per day. For example, if you walk 4,000 steps according to Apple Health vs 1,000 steps according to Fitbit, you’ll be rewarded the higher value of 4,000 steps.
Staying healthy is an ongoing process, and we want Evidation to reflect that. That's why there's no limit to the number of rewards that you can earn.

The time it takes to reach 10,000 points and earn a reward varies based on activity, survey and Offer participation, and more.
If your Evidation Member account is not “active”, any and all points in your account will expire. “Active” means you have completed at least one offer (for example, reading a post or completing a survey) in the last 12 months. For more information, head over to Can my Evidation points expire?
