Issue:
As of April 15, we have been made aware that members may be unable to connect or keep a connection with both the Oura and Withings apps.
How this affects Evidation users:
You may be unable to connect or reconnect after being disconnected from either app from the Connected Apps tab.
Status:
We are aware of this issue and are actively working on finding a solution. Please check back for updates and progress as we work towards resolution. If you have already contacted us you can expect to be updated directly through the existing support ticket. We apologize for any confusion.
