There is currently only one way that your points will expire.
If your Evidation Member account is not “active,” any and all points in your account will expire. “Active” means you have completed at least one offer (for example, reading an article or completing a survey) in the last 12 months.
When will this points expiry rule come into effect?
This new program rule will come into effect on September 30, 2022. Points expiry will start on November 15th, 2022.
How do I know if my points will expire?
You can check the status of your points in your Evidation account. To do so please see the steps below:
What can I do to keep my points?
Log in to your Evidation account to complete one or more offers before your points expire so that you can keep your current points and continue earning new points for healthy actions.
If you have a current points balance of 10,000 or more, you can also redeem your points before they expire. You can review your Evidation points total and see if you’re eligible to redeem a reward under “My Points” when signed into your Evidation account.
Additional details about points expiration
All of your Evidation points will expire on the date that is 12 months from the last day you were “active.” You have until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before expiry to reactivate your points by completing an offer or to redeem any existing points totaling 10,000 or more.
In addition, any connected apps will be disconnected so that we no longer collect your data while your account is inactive.
Example 1: Jordan, an Evidation Member with a points balance of 11,000, has not been “active” since March 3, 2022. If no action is taken, Jordan’s points will expire on March 3, 2023. Jordan did not open their Evidation account and complete an offer by 11:59 p.m. on March 2, 2023 and their 11,000 points expired.
Example 2: Alex, an Evidation Member with a points balance of 8,000, has not been “active” since December 18, 2022. If no action is taken, Alex’s points will expire on December 18, 2023. On November 19, 2023, Alex opened their Evidation account and completed one offer. By completing an offer, Alex was able to keep their 8,000+ points and not worry about points expiration.
