How does Apple Health activity syncing work with Evidation?
To ensure your activities sync with Evidation as accurately and quickly as possible, we ask that you open your Apple Health app once a day and also open the Evidation app once a day. Doing this will help ensure that you earn points for all your activities. We will be unable to award points for activities that are over two weeks old and have not yet been synced with Evidation.
Connecting and syncing external apps into Apple Health
If you have external apps or non-supported wearables syncing data into Apple Health, Evidation will not be able to award any points for that specific data. Evidation is able to sync Apple Health data from your Apple Watch, but data from programs such as VeryFitPro, Bellabeat, H Band, STYR, Nike Run Club, Calm, among others, will not sync with Evidation.
I open my Apple Health app regularly, and it's still not syncing with Evidation?
If you notice data is still not importing from Apple Health, it's most likely that Evidation is not an enabled source in the Health app or needs to be reset. To resolve this, please go to the Apple Health app, tap 'Sources' at the bottom of the screen, tap 'Evidation,' then turn on any categories you'd like Evidation to be allowed to access. If they are already enabled, disable all categories and enable them again.
I tried everything, but my Apple Health activities are missing?
In this case, we suggest disconnecting and reconnecting Apple Health from Evidation. Make sure that you are using the correct login information for your Apple Health account when reconnecting the app.
Also, check that both your mobile device and Apple Health app have the latest updates. If you continue to face problems syncing your Apple Health activity data, please send us more information here with screenshots of your missing Apple Health activities (if possible), and we can look further into the issue.
