If you have redeemed a reward, you should receive an email from notifications@evidation.com titled "You redeemed your reward!". Clicking on this email will take you to our reward partner, Tremendous, where you can choose what type of reward you would like to receive (bank transfer, Paypal transfer, gift card, or donation).
If you cannot find the reward email, you can resend the reward within the Evidation app.
1. Click on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Scroll down to My Rewards and tap in.
3. Rewards History shows a list of completed rewards that have already been completed in Tremendous, and rewards in progress that have not yet had a payment method selected in Tremendous.
4. If there are rewards In Progress that you have not received, you can click Resend Reward Email to receive a new email from notifications@evidation.com with the link to chose your reward.
5. If there are rewards that state "There was a problem with your points redemption", please use the Contact Us option at the top right of this page with the date of the reward in question included.
If you already completed choosing a payment method and have any questions or issues locating the payment you will need to contact the Tremendous team directly at help@tremendous.com with your Reward ID included for assistance.
