1. What if my payment information has changed since my last redemption?
Please note that Evidation does not store any of your payment details used when you redeem a reward. Each time you redeem points you will receive an email from our payment partner Tremendous which will allow you to choose how to receive the payment (bank transfer, Paypal, gift card). Once you choose an option you'll then enter any necessary details needed for the transfer.
This process of choosing a payment option will need to be repeated each time you redeem a reward. So, if you have changed banks or use a new Paypal address for example no action is needed other than making sure to enter and review the details each time you redeem.
2. I chose the wrong payment option or entered the wrong information. What do I do?
Once you have selected a payment option our team no longer has the ability to resend your reward information to ensure If your payment details are protected.
Once a payment option is chosen, if you have any questions or issues locating the payment (having the card details resent, changing your payment option) you will need to contact the Tremendous team directly at help@tremendous.com with your Reward ID included for assistance.
