When opening a survey card and presented with the message; You have already taken this survey.
The message you are seeing is due to the survey having already been attempted on the device you are using but not completed. The survey tool we use has the ability to help protect against bad actors who may try and submit survey responses multiple times. Because of this you may be presented with this error if they survey or app was closed before completing.
To complete the survey please log into Evidation on a separate device. For example, if you were using the mobile app you can log into your account from the Evidation website.
