Can I retake a survey?
If you have already completed a survey and been awarded points this confirms the answers were recorded and we would not be able to reset the card.
What if I provided a wrong answer by mistake?
At this time we are unable to edit answers once submitted but are working on this ability in the future. We encourage you to take as much time as you need to review your answers before completing. For recurring surveys please make sure to provide the correct answer when available next.
Can you resend a card?
If you dismissed a card by mistake, we can reset it for you. Please use the Contact Us option in the top right and include the specific card in question with as much detail as possible.
If a card expired or you were disqualified as part of a survey screener, the card cannot be resent.
