The Samsung Health app connection is getting an update in Evidation. To make sure you can continue earning points from Samsung Health, please confirm that the Samsung Health app on your Android phone is installed and up to date. Please complete these steps by July 30, 2026.
Who should take action?
This applies to members using an Android phone. As a reminder, Samsung Health can only be connected through the Evidation app on Android. It is not available on iOS or the web.
What you need to do
1. Make sure Samsung Health is installed
On your Android phone, look for the Samsung Health app.

If you do not have Samsung Health installed, download it from the Google Play Store.
2. Update Samsung Health
Open the Google Play Store and search for Samsung Health.
If you see an Update button, tap it to install the latest version.
If you see Open, your app may already be up to date.
You’ll need Samsung Health version 6.30.2 or later. Your Android OS should be version 10 or higher.
3. Open Evidation
After Samsung Health is installed and updated, open the Evidation app on your Android device.
If you already had Samsung Health connected to Evidation, your connection should update automatically.
4. Check your connection
In the Evidation app:
- Go to the Apps tab.
- Find Samsung Health.
- Confirm that it shows as connected.
If Samsung Health is not connected and you want to earn points from Samsung Health activity, follow the prompts in the Evidation app to connect it.
Do I need to connect Health Connect too?
No. If you are connecting Samsung Health, you do not need to separately connect Health Connect for Samsung Health. Health Connect may be used for other supported apps, but it is not an extra step required to keep earning points from Samsung Health.
Can I connect Samsung Health from the web?
No. Samsung Health is only available through the Evidation app on Android. If you are using Evidation on the web, Samsung Health may appear as unavailable.
Will I lose points?
To keep earning points from Samsung Health, make sure the Samsung Health app is installed and up to date by July 30, 2026. If Samsung Health is already connected in Evidation and your Samsung Health app is updated, your connection should update automatically.
