Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to delete your account, please note that you will no longer have access to your account, all points earned will no longer be available, and all apps will be disconnected. You will also be withdrawn from any research studies that you are currently participating in and you will not receive any future cards. Here's how to delete your account.
1. Click the Profile tab at the bottom menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll down to Data, and select on Delete Account (Right to Delete), then confirm.
4. You will then receive an email verifying your request.
