Issue:
Some apps are unable to be disconnected from the mobile app (iOS, Android)
How this affects Evidation users:
When attempting to disconnect certain apps in the Connected Apps tab the disconnect prompt is unresponsive. This issue does not affect the web version of Evidation found at my.evidation.com/login. Please note: Apple Health and Samsung Health are not available to connect from the web version and only available on their respective mobile platform.
